Wood & Resine Stripped Side Table
Taking its cue from the octagonal form of the Moroccan tea table, this sidepiece is built from alternating bands of deep-grained redwood and poured resin from the eight-pointed top to the floor. The wood brings a ruddy, earthen weight; the resin, cast in clouded milk-white or a light-drinking dark, introduces a cool, fluid counterpoint. Substantial without pressing the room, it keeps close beside a low chair or rests easily at the bedside.
